Returns

Because candy is food, we can't accept returns on opened items. If something arrives damaged, melted or incorrect, email us within 14 days with a photo and we'll send a replacement or refund.

Mystery boxes are a surprise by design, so the specific contents aren't eligible for return — but damaged boxes always are.

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
